Originally from the Chicago area, Rick moved to Fort Myers Beach when he was nine years old. After graduation, Rick obtained his Captain’s license and purchased a 100′ liveaboard dive boat.  Rick created a business that was one of a kind and spent over 25 years taking divers down to the Dry Tortugas for an experience of a lifetime.

Rick brings his customer service skills and real estate experience to the property management team.  Rick’s professionalism, tenacity, and level headed approach to problem solving ensures that clients and tenants have an exceptional experience with Excelsior Property Management.

Originally from Washington, Kara moved to SWFL in 2015. She has a diverse background in customer service, marketing and sales. Kara is our Office Manager and one of our Property Managers. She's our expert behind the scenes and manages rent collection and disbursement, vendor invoice payments and tax documents.

 Luc Couture is a dedicated professional who recognizes and values the trust his clients places in him every day. He is fluently bilingual in English and French. He has approximately 2 years of experience as a Realtor in Southwest Florida.

 Luc takes pride in servicing his clients by delivering exceptional service and establishing lifelong relationships.

Honesty and integrity, along with determination and dedication, are philosophies that Luc strives for in all aspects of his life. 

Prior to entering real estate, Luc worked for the Federal Government of Canada for 18+ years, as a civilian member for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).
